How to pay?

After authorization, you will be able to top up the balance with one of payment systems and create a new website. Money will be written off in proportion to a chosen tariff plan.

Can you change the tariff after paying?

Yes! A tariff can be changed once a day to any direction on condition that there is empty space on your server. The service may ask you to change the server to change your tariff.

What plan to choose?

Plans differ in volume of dedicated disk space, number of connected domains and limits of RAM. Tariff «Optimal» is the most appropriate for most projects of our clients.

What happens if I do not timely pay for the Hosting?

The Hosting waits for 10 days (for paid tariffs) and then deletes your website from the server. Backups are kept for 20 more days and, during this time, we can set your website back and unwind the last backup copy through technical support.

Who to ask for help and explanations?

We render free online technical support in personal account section for paid tariffs. If you did not pay for the Hosting, call MODX.pro and be sure you will get help. Now, technical support phone call is not available.

Do you have a free tariff to test?

Yes! You can check the Hosting work and add-ins from the Store during 24 hours and then transfer the website to one of paid tariffs during twenty-four hours. If you did not have time – call the technical support. All the backups are kept for 20 days – we will help to restore the work.
